At Rayzen Glow, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to feel confident with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Who Can Request a Return
You may request a return if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- It is returned in its original packaging, complete and undamaged
- You can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on items that show signs of use, wear, or handling after delivery.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:
Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your request.
Once approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
⚠️ Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
We are not responsible for returns due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or refused deliveries.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Used or worn products
- Items returned damaged after delivery
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards or promotional codes
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After review, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us and we’ll assist you.
European Union Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
The item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
